First Time Central Heating refers to the installation of a central heating system into a property that hasn’t ever had one before.

We can provide this service using ECO4 funding providing that the property has an existing gas connection coming into it, and that connection existed before April 2022. Quite often though not all the times these installs are available to be carried out free of charge.

Installing a proper heating system has countless benefits for both the property and its inhabitants.

If the property is in an area that has no mains gas then we can look to install a system using an Air Source Heat Pump.
