We are always happy to advise on what grants may be available for current tenants, and what letting agents and property management companies can do to assist their clients future proof their housing stock and investments. We are aware that with MEES regulations changing this is going to be more and more topical over the coming months.

Naturally this can be a beneficial relationship for both parties, with us able to offer referral fees or or our property assessment and surveying services in exchange for supplying us with eligible properties that are suitable for funded work.
