Any property that falls into a council-tax band of A – D will be eligible to apply for free home insulation. This is subject to relevant checks and a home survey. If you already have loft insulation, you may be eligible for a top-up. There is no income cap and you do not need to be in receipt of benefits to qualify.
The new fund is an initiative from the National Grid, this is part of a commitment to help homeowners and tenants manage the ever-increasing fuel bills and the cost-of-living crisis caused by inflation.

As a result of our ongoing relationship with industry leaders: Evolve Home Energy Solutions, Eco Bee Energy are buzzing to announce we are able to offer customers access to brand new funding called, the connected to warmth scheme. Eco Bee Energy will first be able to carry out a full assessment and survey on the property, then the measures will be installed. After that we will lodge a brand new EPC (energy performance certificate) for the property, which will be valid for a whole 10 years.
